Even with all this hi-tech help, sometimes speaking to someone is vital. We provide telephone support during office hours and can provide additional out-of-hours support to help you with special events. There is also a Skype connection setup in our demo room, providing face-to-face chat via a webcam.

Available only to registered users, it's a community resource designed for sharing ideas, uses, photos and videos of applications. The forum area provides an opportunity for open discussion, where you can suggest new features, changes and sensors.
Online tutorials
The site includes tutorial videos, taking you step-by-step through features of the software. Easier to follow than written instructions, voiceovers help to provide individual tuition. You can even request video help for a specific problem or just search the ones already available.
