How to guides

Extract from 'How To@ GuideWith so many features, we couldn't cover everything in our manual. Our 'How to' guides help bridge the gap with additional help on features, blocks and specialist applications. Why not follow our 'Musician's Guide' and unlock the potential of MIDI instruments?

Telephone

We provide telephone support during office hours and can provide additional out-of-hours support to help you with special events. There is also a Skype connection setup in our demo room, providing face-to-face chat via a webcam.

Dedicated support website

Our dedicated support website provides a one-stop shop for everything to help you get the most from the Apollo Ensemble. Available only to registered users, it's a community resource designed for sharing ideas, uses, photos and videos of applications. The forum area provides an opportunity for open discussion, where you can suggest new features, changes and sensors.

Online tutorials

The site includes tutorial videos, taking you step-by-step through features of the software. Easier to follow than written instructions, voiceovers help to provide individual tuition. You can even request video help for a specific problem or just search the ones already available.

Exclusive Themes

The best way to learn the Designer software is to play, but if you're looking for a head start then our Theme Library might come in handy. This contains unique themes and maps designed for the Apollo Ensemble by our creative team. Exclusive sound samples and tutorial examples are ready for running in Player or adapting to suit your own ideas.
