Even with all this hi-tech help, sometimes speaking to someone is vital. We provide telephone support during office hours and can supply additional out-of-hours support to help you with special events.

We also have Skype on most of our computers, including in our demo room where we can chat face-to-face via a webcam.

"I forgot to mention how impressed I was with the staff in the office when we were on active service in Norway - such an efficient and friendly help service!" Tim Anderson, Inclusive Music

When you're working with computer software it's a pain to have to keep referring to onscreen pdf files. That's why each Apollo Ensemble system comes with a printed manual to help you get started.

Apollo Ensemble User Guide imageThe manual covers the basics of the software and includes a number of step-by-step tutorials and a blocks reference guide. It's A5 in size, so you can keep it with your Hub or in your laptop bag.
