Once you've selected your sensors and switches, you need to connect them to your PC. The Ensemble interfaces come in two flavours and connect via USB.
EnsembleHub - is a compact, portable interface with two sensor and four switch sockets. It also acts as a receiver for our wireless sensors, as well as a transmitter capable of controlling Apollo sensory products.
Ensemble16 - is a robust, stage ready interface with eight sensor and eight switch sockets. Designed for fixed installations such as play areas and museum interactives.
Both work with the same range of sensors together with the Ensemble Designer & Player software.

Portable
The Hub is the ideal interface for portable and desktop setups. It has four switch inputs on standard 3.5mm sockets, which work with the huge range of accessible technology switches available. There are also two inputs for variable sensors on 1/4” (6.35mm) sockets, allowing you to use your existing Ensemble wired sensors.
Wireless
The Hub acts as a receiver for our new range of wireless switches and sensors. Based on the latest 2.4GHz technology, you can use tens of wireless devices in a space without the fear of losing that vital musical note.
Just because we've gone wireless doesn't mean you need to buy all new switches. The EnsembleConnect allows you to connect four standard switches back to the Hub without the need for long extension leads.
Control bubble tubes and fibre optics
The Hub can control interactive bubble tubes, LED fibre optic lightsources and bubble walls manufactured by
Apollo Creative. Turn bubbles on and off, and change colours as part of your themes. Up to sixteen devices can be controlled.

Switches & Sensors
Up to eight variable sensors can be connected via the top eight sockets, plus eight switches connected at the same time via the bottom eight sockets.
Technical Specifications
All connections are professional quality 1/4” Neutrik sockets, which lock in to prevent cables being accidentally pulled out. The USB connector is also a metal Neutrik connector, to cope with everyday abuse. An additional power supply input is provided, ready for future expansion.
Compatibility
Standard headphone adaptors can be used to convert 3.5mm switches and sensors to work with the Ensemble16. No special adaptor cables are required.
